Shipping
Information
We ship via UPS ONLY. UPS will not ship to PO Boxes.
We accept orders for in stock items only. In stock items usually ship within 48
normal business hours. We are closed
on Sunday. Orders received after Friday morning will not ship until the
following Monday.
48 US States: Web Special: Shipping
is $8.99 for each shipment (regardless
of how many pair) within the 48
contiguous United States via UPS Ground.
Overseas and International Shipping: Mimimum shipping via UPS is $75.00. Additional charges will
be applied when your order is processed, based on actual charges, for all
other shipping methods and locations.
We will email you with the actual shipping charges, if more than
$75.00 US Dollars. You must
confirm the order including the shipping charges by email before we will
ship your order.
All International orders ship via UPS due to security
issues.
After your package leaves Jack's Shoes, delivery times are in
the control of the shipper. You will
receive and email from UPS with expected delivery dates and a tracking link.

Fraudulent
Credit Cards
We
accept Visa and Mastercard only.
We
process all credit cards manually before we ship any products. Any fraudulent credit cards are turned
into all applicable authorities including the FBI.

On-line Return
Policy
Unworn shoes may be returned, via UPS only, for refund or
exchange within 14 days from receipt.
Jack's Shoes does not
guarantee wear. If worn shoes are returned, credit will be issued only
after inspection, and then, only if we determine manufacturer defects. Wear
charges may apply.
Shipping costs will be refunded only if we shipped the wrong item or if the
item has a manufacturer's defect.
Please return the item via UPS only, in the original box, and enclose a copy of the receipt.
Please include a note telling us whether to exchange for a different size or issue a refund.
All returns must be pre-paid. No COD's

About Jack's Shoes
Jack's Shoes is located in the middle of
downtown Madison, Wisconsin. The University of Wisconsin, Madison campus surrounds the downtown area and is
home to about 40,000 students. UW Madison in renowned for academic,
research, and sports excellence.
Jack's
Shoes has been on the 200 block of State Street over 40 years. This gorgeous downtown is
surrounded by 4 lakes and is a vibrant and fun city. We invite you to visit
not only downtown Madison, but also Jack's Shoes on State Street when you are here. Jack's Shoes is one of
the oldest continuous ownership stores on State Street.
Jack
(yes there is a real Jack) started in the shoe industry at the ripe old age
of 8 by helping in his grandparents harness and shoe repair shop. Jack
learned not only how to repair shoes, but also about how shoes were
constructed. He has spent a lifetime learning and educating customers about
proper fit and how to maximize footwear investments.
At
Jack's Shoes we spend a great deal of time training our staff to offer
informed suggestions for your footwear needs. We hope to hear from you and
share some of our footwear knowledge soon.
We
offer classic mens dress shoes, fun campus looks, comfort, fit, and lots of
great brands and styles for men and women.
